OUR CANCELATION CONDITIONS
Revocation rights as cited in § 18 (1) (10) FAGG do not apply, but rather the General Terms & Conditions established by the Austrian hotel industry in 2006.
Free cancelation up to 4 weeks prior to arrival. From 3 to 2 weeks prior to arrival,
we charge 70% of the total value of the booking. Within the last 2 weeks and in the
event of premature departure: 90%.
It isn’t rare for things not to go as planned, forcing you to cancel the holiday you have
booked or leave early. No doubt you wish to avoid any additional costs or annoyances. That
is why we recommend taking out holiday cancelation insurance through Europäische Reiseversicherung (incl. free Covid coverage). You can purchase
this coverage right along with your booking if you so choose!
We recommend “Hotelstorno Plus” insurance (since it also includes helicopter rescue).
